What counts as an "active case"?: Any case in your workspace that hasn't been deleted. Delete a finished case to free up room, or upgrade for a higher limit.
Can I change plans later?: Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & billing. Changes are prorated by Stripe.
What happens to my data if I cancel?: Nothing is deleted. Your workspace drops back to the Free limits at the end of the billing period; everything above the limit becomes read-only until you upgrade again.
Do you offer annual billing?: Yes. Annual plans are billed once a year at roughly ten months' cost — two months free.
